Service Description

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your health history, a review of your completed health forms and nutrition questionnaire (provided in advance), and an evaluation of past lab tests and medical history. For complex conditions, this session serves as a foundational step to establish your personal nutrition baseline. Additional consultations and lab testing may be required before making specific recommendations.
